Most items are shipped FedEx Ground. If you need custom pricing or would like to use another carrier, please contact us and we are happy to accommodate your needs.

Most physical items can be returned for full refund (minus shippng) if received within 14 business days of receipt.

All items must be in unaltered condition and accompanied by original packaging and proof of purchase. Cut or sanded wood is ineligible for refund.

-Can I see additional photos of a particular set? Yes. please email your request with item number to: telostonewood@gmail.com

-What are the dimensions of set [XYZ]? All specs are shown in each listing and indicate the minimum spec. Dimensions will never be smaller than those listed, but often over-size.

-Do the photos represent natural color? All photos are taken using Naptha solvent to simulate an instrument’s final finish.

Can I get a custom cut? Yes. We are happy to Resaw or re-size your selection. Please add Resaw Service to your order ($20) for any 3 cuts. This may render your selection inelidgeble for return or full refund
